| My EFTPOS card was swallowed by the ATM just now.....
so I called the customer service.
after a 10 min wait, finally someone picked up the call.
he asked for my phone-bank account's password to confirm my identity
C: sir, what is the password for your phone-bank account.
M: I can't remember .......or I even don't have one.
C: everyone of the customer must have their own phone-bank account.
M: I can't remember the password
C:..........................
M: one, two, three, four????
C: No........there are six numbers for the password
M:.........................
C: If one, two, three, four is the pin for a four digits password........what will it be if it is a six digits password
M:.........................(what do you want me to say, I just can't remember)
C: Give it a go!!
M: one, two, three, four , five, six........
C: Wrong!!!!
M:........................
After that, he just asked about the date of birth and full name....to confirm my identity.
Can't you just asked them earlier.......
erh...anyway, lost my ATM card......poor!
